THE MINORS

introduction

The Minors is a half hour single-cam comedy.

Set within an unfiltered, and at times uncontrollable, minor league baseball front office. The series follows a chaotic staff juggling egos, burnout, and the daily upsets of MiLB shenanigans. The reality of disgruntled underpaid staff working way too many hours, and gaslit into taking their job way too seriously. Fans think they come family affordable fun, but in reality the staff is barely pulling it off.

Each episode plays out like extra innings that should’ve ended three times by now, but hey that’s free baseball.

The STORY. Everyone thought they’d be somewhere else by now. Some are exactly where they need to be. The comedy is dry, ironic, and absolutely crosses the line.

Somewhere between ironic, and completely unhinged disasters. Awkward, inappropriate, and painfully honest moments between coworkers who act more like a dysfunctional family than a professional workplace.

Situations begin as inconveniences but spiral quickly into absurdity, with characters doubling down on terrible decisions rather than correcting them. Small logistical problems snowball into full-scale stadium wide disasters, and no one ever has a handle on what they’re doing.
